Robert is a graduate of Monmouth University where he obtained a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. He received his law degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Tax Court. Robert is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York, New Jersey and Washington DC and is an IRS Enrolled Agent. Robert has previously held licenses as Life Insurance Producer, Health Insurance Producer, Title Insurance Producer and Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York.
He is a member of the American Academy of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Columbian Lawyer’s Association, American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Monmouth Bar Association, National Italian American Bar Association and National Italian American Foundation.
He serves on the Finance Committee, Estate Planning Committee and IRS Liaison Committee of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants. Robert also serves on the Committee on Unauthorized Practice of Law as a member of the Monmouth Bar Association. Robert is very actively involved in the Columbian Lawyer’s Association and has served as the organization’s Treasurer and on their Scholarship and Judiciary Committee and as Chairman of their Financial Affairs Committee.

Kaci is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate from New England Law Boston and is admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York and before the U.S. Tax Court. After graduating and prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Honorable Benjamin Podolnick.
As a partner of the firm, Kaci’s expertise includes Wills and Estate Planning, Business Formation, Residential Real Estate, Employment Agreements, and Estate Probate and Administration. Kaci also has an extensive knowledge of New Jersey’s Inheritance Tax rules and requirements. In addition, Kaci handles formation and registration of corporations and/or limited liability companies and preparation of operating agreements.
She has also successfully handled matters before the court, including but not limited to, name change petitions, quiet title actions, guardianship petitions and various litigation matters.
Marc is a graduate of Long Island University where he obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting with Honors. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In the early years of his legal career, Marc was privileged to serve in the City of New York’s Corporation Council, defending the City in matters of alleged civil wrongdoing, including mass constitutional-based litigation. He also served as Special Counsel for the State of New Jersey, representing the State in matters of labor negotiations.
Since 1995, Marc has been a trailblazer in the legal community, staunchly advocating on behalf of victims of sexual harassment and employment discrimination, while conversely educating and representing businesses throughout New Jersey, New York and around the country. Marc also represents clients in disputes involving business break-ups, restrictive covenants, employment agreements and commercial litigation. Moreover, Marc repeatedly partnered with Goldman Sachs as its featured speaker in Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Legal Seminars, in which Marc educated a significant number of small business owners on the pitfalls of employment law and ways to prevent them. Additionally, Marc authored multiple published articles in the New Jersey Law Journal, and had a number of his cases featured as top stories. Marc also authored a chapter, “Nuts and Bolts of Employment Law,” in the paperback Stop My Crisis Series.
Marc maintains a vast array of employment-law based experience, in the areas of discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and wage and hour disputes. While not litigating on behalf of employees or employers, Marc harnesses his employment law knowledge and experience to resolve other attorneys’ conflicts as a lauded mediator throughout the State of New Jersey.
Melanie is a graduate of Monmouth University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She received her Juris Doctorate with honors from Roger Williams University School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Melanie served as law clerk to the Honorable Steven F. Nemeth, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County. Melanie is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to joining our firm and after completing her clerkship, Melanie worked on the defense side of litigation matters, appearing before the court arguing motions and other defense related applications.

Michele attended Binghamton University where she graduated cum laude and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy of Law. She then received her Juris Doctorate in 1998 from Brooklyn Law School. She is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and before the Eastern and Southern U.S. District Courts in New York. Michele is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
After law school, Michele worked on all facets of complex multi state litigation, from discovery through trial, pertaining to a variety of insurance related matters. She also argued and won an appeal regarding a labor law case before the First Department of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
Since 2004, Michele has successfully represented clients through all phases of residential and commercial real estate transactions, from contract negotiation to closing. She has extensive experience solving title matters, inspections issues, boundary disputes and finding solutions to the vast array of challenges that may arise throughout a real estate transaction. In addition to her background in real estate, Michele also represented clients on all estate planning and administration matters and business entity formation.
